they can accept their first job. This includes:
Identity Verification: We verify South African IDs and valid Work Permits
against government databases.
Criminal Record Checks: We facilitate optional but highly encouraged
background screenings for all contractors.
Credential Review: Our team manually reviews trade certificates (PIRB, ECA,
etc.) to ensure Pros are qualified for the tasks they claim.
Secure Escrow Payments
We've eliminated the risk of "paying upfront and disappearing." Trakr uses a secure escrow
system for every transaction.
1. When you book, funds are secured in our protected Trakr account.
2. The Pro completes the work.
3. Funds are only released to the Pro once you mark the job as complete in the app.
Live Tracking & Identification
You should never have to guess who is standing at your door. The Trakr app provides full
transparency during the transit phase.

to help. We use in-app chat logs, photos, and job descriptions to provide fair and impartial
resolutions.
